Since the seventies, I have worked on issues of innovation and personal, relational, and systemic creativity, supporting people in their efforts to find resources to confront the hardships and challenges that life puts before them, and to design a possible alternative future. I have been concerned with finding epistemological bases for the development of a model that can work on a variety of scales, from individuals to organizations.

Over the course of its development, my practice has incorporated systemic contributions, the relationship between dialogue and transformative processes, relational socio-constructionism, and the new paradigms to give shape to a multidisciplinary approach that addresses:

• the family and other human systems, and relationships between those systems;
• family therapy and an array of other psychosocial practices;
•  the intersections and crossovers between practices capable of organizing new networks and systems;
• stable, as well as emerging and generative, processes

It is my hope that in my work you will find new perspectives and useful resources. The development of my vision has been guided by my own interests and enriched by encounters with thousands of persons, both colleagues and students, over the course of my professional and academic career.
